Lindsay has always been friendly and has done a wonderful job the few times I've met with her. Today was no different, getting to me as soon as the office staff had the paperwork ready. What caught my attention today was that she actually ready through records from previous visits, taking the time to get a handle on any trends or red flags while assessing a course of action, even with a full waiting room outside. Good work.

Lacey listened to everything I had to say, was concerned about my blood pressure but I assured her I was picking up my rx when I left. It has been over 24hours and she still hasn't given my pharmacy my prescription. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes until finally her assistant claimed she would call it in now, as the fax wasn't going through... For over 24 hours she was trying to fax it in when she could have just called. 3 hours have passed from this supposed call and my pharmacy still doesn't have my prescription.

I HATE going to the doctor, I have refused going for a full physical/labs for YEARS because I cant stand the cold, informal, condescending attitude I would get. My wife chose LV as her primary, and as an NP herself, raves about her. I finally gave in to harassment - and I have to say, I was shocked at how cool and kind the entire staff was. LV actually talked to me, asked me questions about my history, my concerns, my habits - they were on, it, one stop shop ! LV, Nurse Sherri & the team were like a NASCAR pit crew! Thank you
