I value the interpersonal relationship with my patients. I enjoy getting to know their values and the opportunity to work together to achieve their optimal health goals.
I believe the primary care provider manages the overall wellness of each patient. I put an emphasis on the relationship between mental and physical health and aim to help patients achieve both. I am passionate about the importance of overall health and hope to be a valuable resource for my patients.
I hold a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, and a Master’s in Public Health from New York University.
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, our four young children, and our golden doodle Barkley. I am passionate about staying fit! I love running, cycling, and strength training and try to incorporate exercise into my daily life.
