I’ve been seeing Dr. Yarur several times over the past months, for follow-ups or other health reasons. Trusting my healthcare provider is key and I always feel safe and welcomed to share any of my personal health matters with Dr. Yarur. He is a great listener, takes the time to go through everything, answers all questions and treats what needs to be treated. He is kind, friendly, and truly cares about his patients. Making an appointment is fast and efficient, the staff is also helpful and responsive. I can only recommend Dr. Yarur and his co-workers.

After an unhelpful trip to Urgent Care, I booked with Dr. Yarur to get a second opinion on my case. I have never met a more patronizing and downright rude doctor. Not only was he an incredibly poor listener, but he began blaming me for Urgent Care's mistaken diagnosis. His prescription then did not go through to the pharmacy correctly, and when I called back to ask about the exact dosage I should take (due to CVS giving me too little of a dosage), he snapped at me over the phone and told me I should've asked them to override the system to give me the right dosage. I can't think of any sane person that would ask a pharmacy to override their system to get more pills. He is unable to take responsibility and unable to listen to his patients. How will he properly treat patients if he immediately dismisses them? Do not go to Dr. Yarur unless you are ready to be patronized and ignored.

Eduardo Yarur is so great. I had scheduled with him looking for a brown-skinned dermatologist because the less melanated doctors I had been seeing were prescribing topical meds that caused hyperpigmentation. Something that happens on darker skin. He’s not actually a dermatologist so I’m not sure why ZocDoc categorizes him as one. But despite this mix up he went out of his way to listen and also understand what I was going through and provided clear advice and a better prescription for my skin.

Now I am a very anxious person, yet the staff was very pleasant and courteous. The doctor was very kind and informative; answered all questions I had, as well as giving his insight pertaining to my issue. I definitely recommend this location and doctor. Overall one of my best experiences.
