Had a 10am appt and wasn't seen until well after 11:10am. The appt lasted maybe 10-15 mins and all she said was that I didn't have a UTI, which I already knew and said. I wasted my entire morning and will end up making a new appt else where to actually be seen.

1) I will say that they got us back into a room quickly, but the tech didn’t know how to properly take vitals as she put the blood pressure cuff over my puffy jacket sleeve and the pulse-ox on the same hand. She also put the thermometer in my mouth sideways into my cheek not under my tongue.
2) The office called to move my appointment up. It seemed like it was so they could leave early as the office had no other patients.
3) When the NP came in she went to look at my ear (the right one is causing me pain), and said “I want to see the good one first for comparison.” Then went to look at my right ear. I had to explain for the second time which ear it was. I explained the treatments I had already tried twice and she wanted to try them all again. I explained that I struggle with vertigo and migraines, and when they were treating me, they had complete disregard. Honestly, if I didn’t work in healthcare, I would have left without any answers and just been in more pain.

Took almost 1 hour to see her- after I arrived. She did a handful of tests, did not share the results with me, ushered me out of the office without test results or a diagnosis. Sent me some basic prescriptions that I specifically told her are not as effective.

Provider didn’t give much insight. Kinda tested me for Covid and Flu and sent me on my way. Not very personable. The staff was nice enough though. Kinda along wait when I seemed to be the only one there at my appointment time
