As a PMHNP-BC with a doctoral degree, I begin by conducting a thorough psychiatric evaluation to understand your history, symptoms, and goals. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions. I provide ongoing follow-up and adjustments to ensure your care remains effective, collaborative, and aligned with your progress.

My visit was good. I felt like I was heard and believed, which is not what I'm used to. There was a bit of a technical issue at the beginning but it worked out and I appreciate all the reminders that were sent. She explained everything clearly and when I didn't understand something she explained it again which I really appreciate. She's efficient, practical, and personable. I highly recommend her.
