Very direct and to the point. Doctor was very warm and comforting to talk to. The only thing that would make me reconsider is that there is not a lot of parking; you would have to parallel park in public spaces as this is in the center of Old Town.

Dr. Ashe is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician based in the DMV metropolitan area. She launched Be Well based on years of experience as a traveling physician and her observations in multiple clinical environments. Dr. Ashe noticed that in the current healthcare climate many of the critical needs of patients are not being addressed due to limitations imposed by physicians or insurance providers. With a primary focus on patient care and satisfaction, Dr. Ashe designed Be Well as a high touch membership practice that truly addresses the concerns of every patient.
Dr. Ashe was previously the Medical Director at Doctors Community Hospital where she was responsible for the daily activities of the Clinical Decision and Observation Units. To expand and sharpen her skills and clinical capabilities, Dr. Ashe has successfully completed countless certifications and training programs throughout the United States and abroad. The expertise she has acquired allows her the ability to swiftly assess and treat a diversity of medical conditions in various clinical settings.
Dr. Ashe completed her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine: Thereafter, she completed her Internship at Georgetown University. Dr. Ashe completed her Residency at George Washington University and Providence Hospital in Washington, DC. She is a member of American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and American College of Physicians. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, a service sorority and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Divinity program at the Virginia Union University Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology.

Dr. Ashe was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease. She takes a holistic approach to medicine and talked to me in depth about lifestyle modifications I could make to improve my health, beyond just taking pills. She is extremely attentive and compassionate and I highly recommend her.
