Several months ago, I moved to Fort Worth from Dallas. I loved my doctor in Dallas so for months I’d been commuting to see him. Anyway, I needed an appt ASAP and the commute was out of the question … so I used ZocDoc to find someone local. I chose Palm Primary Care because it was highly rated and in-network.
So glad I tried them out. Lisa, my nurse practitioner, and the staff were AMAZING!! Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with valuable information and referrals to specialists.

She was so sweet and actually took time to talk to me and asked me about myself and my history and I’m a very sick person with a lot of things wrong with me and she didn’t make me feel like crap for the long list I was spouting out. She seemed to genuinely care about me as a patient and wanted to help me feel better. Which should be the norm, but it really isn’t. She also didn’t make me feel crazy for all the pain that I have and wanted to dive deeper and other issues I was having with my health aside from what I actually came there for. Which was nice because I really need the help, I just end up feeling like too much to most providers, but she didn’t make me feel that way.

I’m so glad I listened to all of her positive reviews and took a chance on coming to this office! Everyone was very kind, patient and understanding. Lisa Couch and her medical assistant made me very comfortable and took the time to understand my concerns. Her medical assistant is amazing at drawling blood, I hardly felt it and can’t imagine seeing anyone else now. I could go on and on about how satisfied I am. If you are looking for a new office, you will not be disappointed here!
