I am new to this state so I was a bit overwhelmed with choosing new health care staff however from start to finish this was the best experience I have had. I felt at ease and all my questions were answered. The medical assistants were so knowledgeable I thought they were the Drs ??10/10 definitely recommend

The medical assistant Shannon is very caring and sympathetic. She really seems to care. So does the provider. She was very good at listening to my concerns and trying to help figure out what's wrong with me. I've seen several doctors who didn't listen or take my symptoms seriously. She did and I'm hopeful to finally get some answers.

Totalcare, it's Staff from the Dr's are an so awesome! I am pleased that I get the CARE I really need and have received for at least several years that I have been a patient here at the hurst location. I am never rushed, and if there are any concerns, they are expressed with dignity and respect to and from me. Nancy is, whom I believe along with Dr. Wilson, Dr. W, all I believe have been an integral component to my recovery in all of my health issues. If you're looking for Dr's that care and listen, any total care loccition, all are absolutely wonderful.

Totalcare has been so easy to work with a my PCP! I'm able to come in for regular visits after 5 so I don't miss work, the staff is always friendly and professional. I typically see Nancy, but have seen other providers and all are fantastic!

I absolutely love this place!! My MA Carolyn is beyond kind and friendly! Jennifer is my GP and is very supportive and encouraging through my health journey! They are not just a PCP facility either! They take care of just about anything and if they dont. they'll refer you! Best part is that they follow God's Word!

Always a pleasant experience here! Obviously, try to come with an appointment and not as a walk-in. Michelle, the most recent MA. I had, wad great! Very personable and friendly. Also, Jennifer Jackson is amazing. She listens to you and doesn't just treat you like a statistic. Love going here!

Totalcare has taken great care of my family. I have always been grateful for the doctors, staff, and care. Dr. Jennifer Jackson is top notch, kind, and knowledgeable. Shannon MA is super sweet and patient as well. The front office has always been speedy while working with my schedule and getting my college student in. We as a family are so grateful for totalcare and their staff!

We Just switched Insurance plans and my PCP is no longer accepting new patients, so I needed to get a referral to a cardiologist and was able to get right in. I was very happy with the NP I saw. Her name is Nancy, she gave me excellent care after a syncore event. I was so sore from the fall. She was able to give me a script for muscle relaxers and she gave me the referral I needed to see a cardiologist. Im happy with Would you recommend this professional? the quality of care I received here.

I have been coming to total care for years, and they are always welcoming and super helpful! Michelle does a great job answering all of my questions, and Nancy is so friendly! Nancy takes the time to answer all of my questions and She is Just the most welcoming and friendly doctor!

They took excellent care of me when I came in for a follow-up from my visit to the ER from pneumonia. All of the people working there are kind and care about your well being. Michelle was a big help getting me checked in to see the doctor. Miss Jennifer was amazing. She found issues I didn't know about this is a great place to come for a PCP.

There was a complete lack of bedside manner. I felt invalidated throughout my experience and when I brought up the fact that my partner is a woman, the medical assistant and the provider both looked at me as if they were confused and had never seen a gay woman before. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable OBGYN experience. Not to mention, I checked in early for my appointment and waited well over an hour past my actual appointment time to actually be seen, I get that it’s an urgent care and it’s still cold/flu season but maybe prioritize the patients who actually have a pre-scheduled appointment. Overall, the office did not look clean at all, the doctor and medical assistant both rushed, both made it feel as if my concerns and medical issues were an inconvenience to them and their time. I did not feel safe nor seen.
The only saving grace is that the woman working the front desk was really sweet. I’ll never go back to this totalcare and I’ll do my best to make sure no one else does.

Total Care offers easy access to excellent medical care with skilled providers. This particular visit was a bit of an anomaly with an extended wait time and front desk help that was unaware of my appointment made through Zocdoc. I was told that Zocdoc does not auto update to their appointment schedule. That is crazy to pay for an online appointment service that does not auto update. Something needs to change with that.

I was looking forward to the appointment, but the office left a lot to be desired. I was called about 20 minutes before my appointment to rudely be told that I had no appointment. I was told their system does not recognize ZocDoc created appointments and also that they would never book appointments between 12:30 and 1:00 (open for scheduling per ZocDoc) due to lunch. All of it was a shock to me considering I received text messages confirming my appointments as well as a call from someone to confirm that morning as well; all of that at least 4 hours prior to the appointment. After sharing that information, I was told that had to have been their answering service, not the office. Why is an answering service confirming appointments?? If anything, either remove ZocDoc as a booking option or sync your systems so patients are given no notice to adjust.

NP was amazing. Had my 2nd Pap smear, my first one was over 5 years ago and went in not knowing what to expect and left traumatized. Nancy Ndind was amazing! I told her about my previous experience with a Pap smear and she educated me and explained the process.

New patients - don't book through Zocdoc! The service doesn't notify the office that you're a new patient until your appt time. Once they realized and had me fill out paperwork, many ppl had gone ahead of me. Wait was close to 1.5 hrs before the nurse saw us (understandable bc of the miscommunication).
Office was great, everyone was wonderful. And I got to play the piano while I waited, so I waited happily. Spent total of 3 hrs there since so many ppl got in before me, but everyone was friendly and thorough, yet efficient.
Overall happy experience, just wouldn't book through Zocdoc again!

The doctor remembered me and my previous visits. She was very attentive to my needs and took care of my problem very well. Sometimes doctors don’t like it that I know what is wrong and how it should be treated because I have several complicated issues. Some feel challenged by that and don’t want to go along with what I think needs to be done.
