The staff was professional. When I was doing my self-check in, I had several questions, so I called and they were able to answer them and guide me through the process. My appointment with Lisa NP was good. She was thorough and patient and was willing to answer all of my questions.

I needed a work physical exam, asap, but I did not have transportation to the local clinic. I found Bluefield Mesa Telemedicine online, so I called the virtual office and they got me an appointment the same day. Lisa NP did an extensive comprehensive physical exam, and, it was very convenient, and I did not have to leave my home.

The staff was professional, and they were able to help me navigate my telemedicine visit. Lisa NP was very down to earth, by making me feel that my needs, were acknowledged, and addressed. She was through, patient, and she did not make me feel as if I was being, rushed, or another number in a chain of patients.
