Dr. Elicia Hinton is absolutely wonderful and her staff is friendly as well! The only reason why I'm giving this office a 4 out of 5 (wish I could do a 4.75 out of 5) is because this wonderful doctor is stretched so thin that it feels like all of her patients sort of blend together. I had 2 visits in 2 days with her she couldn't remember speaking to me the day before.
Now please don't misunderstand, this is only my personal preference as I have a phobia of doctors, so trusting one to be my care physician is a deeply personal thing that may leave me to be a bit of a needy patient. With this being said I still highly recommend Dr. Elicia for she's a great listener, very organized and doesn't rush you for answers. It's obvious she cares for her patients very much and to top it off she keeps her wait time for her patients virtually nonexistent!

Communication reminders were appropriate and easy to follow.
First I was running so late and even with a full office I was still accommodated and everyone was friendly and didn’t shame me for being late. I hate being late so I was so ready for them to have an attitude with me but I received the opposite. Elicia was amazing. And the MA, I can’t remember her name but she was so kind and professional. I had to do an ekg and she ensured the best privacy for me to feel comfortable. She walked me through everything that was being done. I am so thankful I found this office as my new PCP!
