She was very direct and fired off question after question. Seems like she'll get the job done, but the verdict is still out on being 'personable'. I will see her again. I'm not looking for a best friend.

The only reason I have her one star is because 0 isn’t an option. Imagine beating cancer, looking for a new PCP, only to be told you’re “too complicated” and you should find a new doctor. Her staff cancelled two important appointments, are rude, and she’s so unprofessional I can’t even describe. She cursed at me, degraded me, and basically told me she didn’t want to continue meeting with me. Don’t be fooled by her availability - it’s there for a reason. I am completely humiliated and will never - ever see her again.

When I arrived, the front desk staff were preoccupied speaking with each other. I waited politely until finally interrupting them to ask how to sign in. Dr. Kaufman was eating food when she came into the exam room, which I found a bit unprofessional. The visit was fine overall, although she can exude a negative attitude that made me feel a little uncomfortable opening up. After my appointment, I needed Dr. Kaufman to fill out an insurance form with my physical results. After a few attempts to deliver the form and confirm that it had made it to Dr. Kaufman, I checked in with her directly through the online portal to ensure that the form had made it to her and was in route back to me. I received multiple messages in response, in all caps, that clearly communicated that Dr. Kaufman is very busy and shouldn't be communicating with patients directly through the online portal if she can't maintain appropriate bedside manner. I will absolutely be looking for another GP.

I took an appointment for the Annual Physical through Zocdoc, but was denied annual physical when I reached there, since it wasn't set up that way. The office ended up doing a 30 minute of Q&A with no diagnosis and ended up clocking an appointment for the insurance, where I go nothing in return.

Dr. Kaufman is phenomenal. She cares. She is smart, thorough, and thoughtful. She also is very kind and an excellent listener. Simply put, she is the best doctor I have known. Seeing Dr. Kaufman is like visiting with a really wise friend--but one who will always tell you the truth. I admire her, and I am grateful to her. I have recommended Dr. Kaufman to everyone I know, and I recommend her to anyone reading this.
