She is okay as a Primary Care Physician, but really nothing more. Would recommend more for non-chronically-ill patients who simply need regular check-ups than for complex, chronically-ill patients who need ongoing care.

As a board certified family physician, I pride myself in building trusting, understanding, and warm relationships with my patients. I am good at listening to you, my patient and explaining diseases, treatments, and results in ways that are easy to understand. I emphasize building partnerships through which plans can be developed to improve your health. Family-centered care, patient education, and preventative medicine are central to my practice. My special medical interests include nutrition, healthy eating habits, and healthy living.
I was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia. I attended Drexel University College of Medicine, where I was granted my medical degree. I moved to Colorado for my family medicine residency at Swedish Medical Center. There, I served as co-chief resident in her final year. In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, road biking, baking, and yoga.

Dr. Nguyen was very professional and at the same time seemed very caring and concerned for my problems. She talked with me about my medical history to find a solution instead of just walking in and throwing a prescription at me!

I requested a physical through Zoc Doc and the Dr did not have the information regarding my appointment. I think better communication between ZocDoc and the Dr. office would take care of this issue.
