Dr. Lisa Perry was amazing and so was the staff, from the front desk and the nurses who were assisting her, to the check out! They are amazing and I would recommend her to my family and friends. She was successful in removing a foreign body from my son's ear as well. Very professional and sweet in deed.

HER ATTENTION TO ME AND MY PROBELM . I DID WAIT A WHILE TO BE SEEN BUT IT WAS DEFINATELY WORTH THE WAIT I HAVE A NEW APPOINTMENT FOR NEXT WEEK 05/27 A FOLLOW UP APPOINT MENT , THE STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY PROFFESSIONAL FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE NURSE TO THE IN HOUSE APPOINT MENT SETTER . THEY WERE ALSO VERY SENSITIVE TO MY ONGOING HEARING PROBELM AND WERE ALWAYS PROFFESSIONAL EVEN WHEN I WAS ALITTLE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND FOR THAT I AM VERY APPRESCIATIVE AND WILL DEFINATELY RETURN AND SHE DID A GREAT JOB ON ADDDRESSING MY ISSUE.

Good visit, but it took over an hour to actual see the doctor. I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. I was seen by an assistant and a medical student, and the overall wait time was around 75 minutes before the doctor came in. She examined me for about 10 minutes.

My original appointment was scheduled for the precious day, but I waited to see the doctor for an hour, so I rescheduled. The following day I waited for 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. Today they are an hour behind again. The service was okay though, except for the doctor blewing something in my ear that made the pain worse. She has a great personality despite it all!

I was nervous about my appointment with Dr. Gilkes. The front office staffs, Dr Perry medical assistant and the intern made me feel so comfortable before I was seen by the doctor.
I am use to waiting for long periods of time when I go to doctor’s office. The office had a study flow of patients in and out and they didn’t allow any patient to wait more than 15 minutes before they were seen.
I am not a person who likes to be asked the same questions over and over again. It was good they did on the health history form and by the medical staff because I had forgot to mention things concerning my health on the form and to the previous person who had asked me. By the time the doctor saw me, I was ready to roll and so was she. The intern she have in her office is wonderful! All the staff was professional and worked very well together. I am so glad I inquired about an E.E.N.T doctor in the area during my appointment at the Outpatient Imaging and Specialty Care staff at camp creek. I will also like to thank Dr. Perry-Gilkes for referring me to another doctor concerning my other medical needs.

Dr. Perry-Gilkes, was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Her office staff was also friendly. They were kind enough to email me the new patient paperwork before I came (though I forgot to complete it). Dr. Perry-Gilkes spent ample time with me and had a good bedside manner. She answered my questions directly and gave me a few tips I can use at home, as well as a few samples.
