Dr. Xiao is great, she was thorough but listened well and I felt comfortable immediately. Everyone in the office is exceptionally friendly and efficient; I've never had such an easy time with a blood draw! They were also on top of scheduling follow up appointments, I didn't feel like I had to chase anyone, it was all handled really easily. They even gave me a few referrals within the network and then proactively reached out to those offices so that they could contact me to schedule those initial appointments. I am glad I found Dr. Xiao and her practice!

In the beginning I was nervous going into the office for my appointment because this was my first time going in and I didn’t know what to expect. But when I tell you the doctor and the nurse made me feel so comfortable , we’re super nice , and they truly care about patient care. Both of them took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The wait time was not long, I only waited 15 minutes to be seen. Which I thought was great! Also I received all my labs back within less than two days , which again is great. I highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant experience! All of the staff were nice and created a safe/comfortable environment. Very knowledgeable and tested me for EVERYTHING! I explained to them that I haven’t had a physical recently and they answered questions before I could even ask. 10/10!
