“Went for a new patient appointment and scheduling was easy. The facilities are a bit dated but to me that’s not as important as service quality, which was great. The staff is responsive and Dr. Elias took her time going through my history and answering my questions. Her explanations were easy to understand and I felt well taken care of. I’m looking forward to her being my new PCP.”

Dr. Elias is kind and is a doctor who truly listens to her patients. I do not feel rushed, and she addresses all of my questions and concerns. She is up to date on the latest medical developments and is willing to do extra research on a specific issue during a visit if a patient requests it. She is very considerate regarding minimizing insurance / billing problems. She comes across as a doctor who cares about the health of her patients, and where the quantity of patients per day is a less important concern. She has a great bedside manner, she is smart, and has a sense of humor!

Dr. Elias is wonderful but every time I go, I am waiting for over an hour before I even see a nurse for my vitals. I love how I am listened to by Dr. Elias but I have to prepare to spend 2+ hours in that office.

Dr Elias had very friendly manners and listened to my concerns. I felt comfortable speaking with her and didn’t feel rushed. On top of that her staff was also very friendly and polite. I would recommend Dr Elias.

Dr very nice and probably good at her job, but...office staff was abrupt and wait time was well over an hour (I left 2 hrs after my appt time).
Most importantly: Was sent for xray and told by Dr to make follow-up telehealth appt to discuss results. I called for appt and was told it would have to wait a few days because Dr not in...they gave me an appt for "Mon sometime after 3." "Really, no more specific time than that? I just wait by the phone from 3 on? K...any particular instructions--do I call her, she calls me...?" "You'll get a text sometime after 3. Respond to that text." I wait and wait, receive nothing that night. I call and leave a msg (Not sure they check msgs). Called again today and left another msg. Recording doesn't say if they are closed or not, just leave a msg. I think if closed on a random weekday it should clearly state that and their hours. I need a response about my medical issue and there is no way to get through unless it's an emergency. Very poorly organized.

Dr. Elias was down-to-earth, kind, and thoughtful regarding advice and recommendations about my health issues. The front office staff and nurse were very friendly and helpful as well. I appreciate that Dr. Elias took me seriously as a patient, listened to me, and that she understood the importance of follow-ups as my health situation is a bit complex. Great experience overall, highly recommend her.

I was afraid to go to the doctors after not going for so long but every one was so kind, it helped with all my nerves. The doctor had great bedside manner, so that too was very pleasant as I felt not only heard but seen too.

Administrative, nursing and physician staff were all beyond lovely. She was extremely supportive and kind. Dr Elias helped me beyond my expectations. She draws blood very efficiently and I didn’t even feel a thing. Besides that she is very patient, talented, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. Will return for any medical need at all even though I live a bit far. Thank you Dr.! She has created a clean and safe environment that I would bring older and younger family members to seek treatment or checkups of any kind. Highly recommend

The office appearance wise is out of date which was alarming at first but when talking to Dr. S she was very warm, welcoming and asked to list all concerns. She was more than happy to fill any and all prescriptions I had from my previous PCP. I could care less what the office looked like when I was heard and all concerns I had were addressed.

I have found my new PCP and I am so happy. Dr Elias is everything I was hoping she would be. She’s kind, very thorough and knowledgeable, and listens to what I have to say. She heard my concerns, and immediately had a plan for moving forward with my care. I feel confident I will get my health on the right track in her care. Her staff is open and friendly as well. You know you’re in a good place when the receptionist chats with you like you’re already a longtime patient and it’s only your first visit!

I highly recommend Dr. Elias. The office sent me a reminder prior to my appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist provided immediate assistance and even called my insurance company for me. Dr. Elias was very thorough in her examination and asked a lot of questions about my health history. I did not feel rushed. I was dreading going to a doctors appointment it has been many years since I’ve had a physical. It was a nice experience all around from walking in the? door receptionist was very nice. Dr. Elias was friendly, and professional / had an excellent bedside manner. She listened clearly to my issue and provided a straightforward path to fixing the problem. I felt comfortable with her guidance and would see her again, however, the office is highly out of date and somewhat dirty, a deterrent to returning. Separately- I filled out new patient forms prior to the office visit, and when I arrived, I had to re-fill them out which was a waste of my time. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for 45 minutes. As much as I appreciated the doctor, Im not sure I'd return based on the dingy office.

What a great patient experience! I selected an appointment and was seen the same day. The receptionist was super friendly and nice. Dr. Elias was very thorough and personable. I was able to ask questions and received answers without feeling rushed or judge. Dr. Elias took her time and made sure to follow up after this visit. I was truly pleased and I highly recommend!

I just switched to Dr. Elias and am very confident in her expertise. The front desk was friendly, there was no wait, and the doctor was very thorough with me and addressed all my issues accurately. I only regret that I didn’t find her sooner when I live so close!

I was recommended to Dr. Elias by another medical professional whom I trust, and I was not disappointed! Dr. Elias took her time, asked questions, and the overall experience was comfortable. Her bedside manner was excellent as was that of her assisting nurse. I was in need of a PCP and I can confidently say that Dr. Elias is a great option for me going forward.
