It was my initial visit, Dr Liwen was very thorough and she pays attention to detail, I felt at ease interacting with her and she has genuine concern. This is a well-run office, Dr is very competent, the office is clean, the receptionist is very pleasant.

I made appointments on Zocdoc with my BF when we arrived the guy said next time you guys should make appointments and then I’m like what?? We made it on Zocdoc end up waiting for 2 hours!!! I needs my school form to be filled out brought in my vaccination records 3 weeks and still not finished. I had my name changed but she doesn’t have access to government vaccination record and it’s causing problems. Plus she needed to examine me for the form which she sent me home because it was too long. Attitude is so-so and she’s not tech heavy so you can’t access anything online no patient portal. She makes you print out everything yourself and bring it to her. Don’t recommend this place!!!

I visited this doctor twice - once for an annual physical (which my plan provides) and the second time for my bloodwork results. I was charged for a doctor's visit twice and my plan did not cover the first because it was not billed as an "annual physical". During my second visit (for which I was charged as a "long" visit), my wait time was longer than the actual sit down with the doctor (50 min wait, 15 mins of her reading a piece of paper to me). My second appointment was also made for 9AM, when the office actually opens. So I don't understand why I was still made to wait.
Patients should ask specifically what you will be billed for after your visit because I was not told beforehand. I made an appointment thinking I would get something my insurance covered 100% but ended up paying way more than I imagined. The billing practice of this office is very dishonest and I will never come back again.
