Dr. Del Rio Lopez explained what the routine lab work entails/what each one is for. She also said she will follow up with me when she receives the results.
Of things to note: This location does not have a lab, so patients will have to go to a Lab Corp for labwork. (Not an issue for me, but just so others are aware). The doctor also let me know that Lab Corp may send the results to me immediately, but those results may take a week to get to her.

Horrible experience with Dr. Lopez! I went in for a sore throat and unbearable pain and I had to call for a whole week to get my lab results. The phone number listed never gets answered, it always goes to voicemail. When I failed to get an answer by phone,I created a patient portal and tried to reach out to Dr. Lopez that way but no success. I could see my results in the portal now but since I'm not a doctor I don't know what It means. Some of my results say critical which is concerning. She tried to prescribe me antibiotics on the spot on the day of my visit before my results even came back. Very reckless because antibiotics resistance is such a huge problem. I finally called the call center and had to arrange a virtual visit to understand my results and maybe get a prescription. The other great reviews must be robots because they can't possibly be about the same doctor. Not only is the practitioner lacking in knowledge, she is also very negligent of patient care.

Dr. Lopez gave me the best physician visit I’ve ever had. She listened carefully and sympathetically to my symptoms and instantly intuited what turned out to be wrong, then reassured me that they’d do everything possible to both confirm the diagnosis and heal me. I’ll be seeing her from now on.

La doctora Lopez es excelente en lo que hace, se tomo su tiempo conmigo que rara vez un Doctor lo hace, ella me explico todo, el porq de el medicamento q me receto y las causas de porq me senti mal y respondio a todas mis preguntas. Y habla español q aunque hables inglés en ocaciones es mejor q te expliquen todo en tu idioma. Muy recomendada

The office staff and doctor are great, so I’m sad this review isn’t higher. Their billing and insurance department is not so great. This provider is covered under my insurance for primary care but the billing department at AllCare will not send the claim to my insurance. After 5 weeks of back and forth between my insurance and the provider’s office, I still have no resolution. My insurance is showing no claims have been sent and Allcare is saying they have sent it. I’ve never had any other issue with my insurance not “receiving” claims so I’ll have to conclude that the issue is AllCare. The labcorp that billed me for my lab order from AllCare was even able to submit to my insurance. Save your time and go to an office that knows how to submit claims to your insurance without such a hassle.

The associates were friendly and kind. Answered my questions nicely and assisted me in completing my pre-registration process.
Dr. Lopez was very professional; listened to me and took time to explain what could be the cause and why it is also important to get the necessary test done to be able to make an accurate diagnosis.

I went in feeling really nervous. The doctor’s assistant was professional and knowledgeable. My blood pressure was high. He had me do some breathing exercises and my pressure dropped. The doctor topped it off with her genuine concern. I forget to tell her about my hip pain. She was so understanding and reachable. I’m making her my primary physician.

Dr. Lopez was incredibly thoughtful in her examination and discussion with me of my medical needs. She apologized for a longer wait than was expected, but didn't rush me out of the appointment and really took the time to hear my concerns and address them, especially as a new patient meeting her for the first time. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez to anyone.
