Lori was great and prescribed my script. But....cvs couldn't fill my script without prior authorization from lori... even though she wrote it.. And there was NO WAY of getting in touch with her or her office to request her to authorize my meds. Now... 6 days later... I still don't have my script. So.. I'll never do this process again. Easier to go to an actual office where they have a front desk to accept calls. Way too inconvenient. Sorry. This process did not work for me.

I found Dr Lori capacity to be one of the most passed compassionate and knowledgeable practitioners that I have ever dealt with I'm a doctor myself and understand very well what the vicissitudes of the situation are and she overcomes all of them and was able to get directly to a resolution of the problem I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs this type of help if I had a brother I would send them to her
