“I was greeted and treated with the respect I expect from professionals in an office setting. The only criticism I might have and it may not be Zodoc's fault is that when making my appointment on this site, I was asked to write what I wanted to tell the doctor but nobody in her office knew anything about what I had written down. Also the day before my appointment I received an email from the office saying I had until 4pm that day to turn in my paperwork as a new patient which I knew nothing about. I would use zodoc again since I know this now.”

About Dr. Lori Carrillo
Dr. Lori Carrillo founded AZ Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2006 and closed the practice in April 2019 to become the primary caregiver for her father. After nearly twenty years in Arizona, Dr. Carrillo and her husband were ready for a new adventure and accepted an offer to expand obstetrical and surgical services for women in Southern Oregon: "Welcome to the Burg!"
Born and raised in New Mexico, Dr. Carrillo became a native Arizonan when she became a Sundevil, completed her medical training, and raised a son and daughter in Arizona. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of New Mexico and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Creighton University, Maricopa Medical Center. Her husband is from the Pacific Northwest, and now Dr. Carrillo intends to spend the duration of her career as a proud Oregonian.
Dr. Carrillo is grateful for the opportunity to join an outstanding OB/GYN community in Roseburg. She is deeply committed to ensuring the next generation of young doctors learn both the art and science of women's healthcare. The mission of AZ Obstetrics & Gynecology aligns with that of OR Obstetrics & Robotic Surgery: to provide a medical experience that combines personalized care with a first-rate experience. Dr. Carrillo enjoys caring for women of all ages and extends services to both pregnant and non-pregnant patients. She is a skilled robotic surgeon and remains dedicated to staying current in all aspects of her specialty.
Dr. Carrillo and her team strive to earn patients' trust and develop relationships based on mutual respect, partnering with patients to optimize health and wellness. They thank all existing patients who have shared their lives and look forward to the opportunity to serve new patients.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Lori Carrillo to everyone. She explains things very well. During one of my appointments my husband was with me. He likes Dr Carrillo as well because of the thoroughness of her explanations. She encouraged us to ask questions and provided us answers until we were comfortable.

Do not go to her for a birth control script, even though that is typically what a young adult sees a gynecologist for. Not only will she not prescribe it, but she will also use it as an excuse for any past medical conditions you make have had.

Dr. Carrillo is great. I am seeing her for mystery abdominal pain and she has been very thorough in helping figure out and resolve it. I would recommend her to anyone who is having reproductive health problems.

I will never return to this doctor. She did not answer any of my questions, simply told me to "do some research online to help me figure it out." I was refused birth control consultation. WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

She was very polite & professional. Made me feel comfortable. There was way too much paperwork & some of the forms asked the same questions. I used Zoc Doc & filled out forms online but I still filled out 10-15 Pgs when I arrived. Doctor was great!
