FEES
These fees are out-of-pocket, but you will be provided with the necessary paperwork for submitting a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement (thus accessing your plan’s out-of-network benefits).
Initial Evaluation: $425 [60 to 90 minutes]
Follow-up visits: $250 [50 minutes]
Follow up visits: $195 [20 minutes]
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
