Lorne E. Weeks is a Harvard-trained board certified Orthopaedic and hand surgeon. Dr. Weeks brings significant expertise to the care and treatment of patient with acute and chronic orthopaedic disorders.
Dr. Weeks graduated Summa Cum Laude from Williams College and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He attended medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor society. Dr. Weeks completed a general surgical internship at Harvard University's Beth Israel- Deaconess Medical Center followed by an orthopaedic residency at Harvard University's Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. He then completed a hand fellowship at the Kleinert, Kutz and Associates Hand Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky and a fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
Dr. Weeks specializes in fracture care of upper and lower extremities, arthroscopy of the shoulder, knee, elbow, and wrist, treatment of compressive neuropathies, including carpal tunnel syndrome, and removal of cysts and tumors.

Excellent surgeon! Dr. Weeks was professional, attentive with a pleasant bedside manner. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Proceeded with hand surgery and extremely pleased. Highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and sweet. Especiall the receptionist. Dr. Weeks is a very knowledgable and personable physician who is patient and easily asseciable before, during, and post surgery. He takes ownership and great pride in the work he does.

My visit was wonderful. Everyone at the office was very genuine and friendly, and made me feel at ease with my upcoming surgery. They called to check in on me afterwards, and even made me excited to come back for followups and therapy.
