About Dr. Nadim Hallal
Nadim Hallal, MD, is a skilled, board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Metro Orthopedics & Sports Therapy in Potomac, Maryland.
From a young age, Dr. Hallal dreamt of being a surgeon like his father. He completed his undergraduate degree in General Biology and Political Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He then went on to the Wayne State University School of Medicine. There he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. He then completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Maryland. Finally, he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Hallal then attained board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
During the course of over 10 years in practice, Dr. Hallal has focused on joint replacement as well as the treatment of sports injuries. Dr. Hallal is committed to using only the most tried and tested operative and non-operative treatments to help give his patients the best results. He finds particularly great fulfillment in seeing his patients recover after undergoing joint replacement, regaining their function and achieving excellent pain relief.

Very pleasant experience, for once we saw the doctor everything moved seamlessly. We got the information we wanted from the efficient staff, and wre able to move forward to fixing convenient dates for the required surgery. Also, it was a bonus to have everything including physical therapy under one roof

Such a kind, efficient doctor. I took a fall at work and my ribs hurt for 2 weeks before I went in to see him. Even though, it turned out to be just a bruise and nothing serious, Dr. Nadim took ME seriously and showed concern and care for me. Please go see him!

I had a really poor experience with dr. Nadal. I felt as though he was just trying to be as brief as possible so he could get to the next customer. He took no images of my leg after 2 appointments, finally allowed me to schedule an mri. I am now seeing a new doctor who is way better. Highly discourage seeing him

Dr Hallal provided very detailed and complete evaluation of my elbow fracture. I thought I needed surgery but after examination, he recommended a follow up and a possible therapy. He was amazing and very professional and caring. Couldn't have asked for better ortho surgeon!
