Prior to these experiences, Dr. Kaufman also completed an internship with the Department of Internal Medicine at Baystate Medical Center in Massachusetts and a residency in Family Medicine at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn.
With years of experience in a full range of dermatological services, Dr. Kaufmann treats patients for skin cancer, psoriasis, hair loss, acne, rashes, warts as well as many other conditions. She also performs annual skin screenings, dermatology consultations, and follow-up visits. Dr. Kaufmann believes in helping the community by participating in the American Academy of Dermatology Skin Cancer Screening Program. She enjoys many sports and is an avid runner for the past 37 years, participating in triathlons during the summer months.
