He earned his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He completed his residency at Emory Northlake Regional Medical Center. Dr. Cicchinelli is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the Australian College of Podiatric Surgery.
When he is not at his practice with the East Valley Foot & Ankle Specialists, Dr. Cicchinelli is often invited to lecture all over the world. He has lectured in Australia, El Salvador, Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and other countries multiple times. In the states, Dr. Cicchinelli speaks annually at AO North America and the Podiatry Institute in Atlanta, GA. He teaches a Masters Foot and Ankle classes for Arthrex. In his home practice, he offers a range of podiatric services including consultations for injuries, athlete’s foot and other infections and fungi, diabetic foot care, corns and bunions, foot and ankle pain, fractures, walking problems and deformities, gout and pediatric foot care.
Dr. Cicchinelli is fluent in English and Spanish and is learning Italian and Portuguese. He is married with three children and enjoys soccer, marathons, reading and music. He makes annual medical mission trips to underserved countries.
