I enjoy staying up to date with evidence-based practices to encourage positive health outcomes. I am most passionate about mental health and preventive medicine, and I enjoy caring for all ages. I go by Alexa and use she/her/hers pronouns. I enjoy staying healthy by maintaining an active lifestyle and pursuing hobbies that help me recharge. Some of my interests include crafting, DIY projects, cooking, hiking, biking, kayaking, spending time with those closest to me, road trips, sightseeing, and spending time outdoors. I received my education from Grand Canyon University and hold board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. My area of expertise is Geriatric & Senior Care.
