Very good visit for my concerns
Verified patient
Dr. Yi is very professional and apparently very competent. She has provided me and my wife with the best pf service and probably saved us much pain and suffering if we had (and indeed did!) gone elswhere. One of the nurses, however caused an unnecessary problem. She bandaged two wounds from a biopsy with a simple bandaid, and it was not until later in the day that I noticed I had bled profusely over my clothes, and we cannot get the stains out. No excuse for not using proper dressings.
Verified patient
Dr. Yi was professional, friendly, and I felt very comfortable with her. I am new to the area and am happy to know I need to look no further for a skin doctor. Alliance is definitely my choice.
Verified patient
Love Dr. Lusia, great doctor, very much to the point and observant, found some spots on my daughter that were melanoma, thank goodness it was caught by her early on. She kept on pushing us to get the spots taken off.
Verified patient
Definitely will go back.
Verified patient
This appointment was awful. She just wanted to sell a very simple treatment as a very specialized intervention. I wanted to ask her about some other issues with my skin but she wasn't interested at all. If you are looking for some good service, you should look in another place.
Verified patient
She was great, she diagnosed me immediately.
Excellent
Verified patient
The staff is so accommodating and caring! The doctor is very knowledgeable and set us at ease immediately. She listened and prescribed an approach that removed my daughter's anxiety. Will keep going back.
Verified patient
Didn't drive a lot of confidence in my ability to manage my condition. Focused on the worst case scenario before I was even able to understand the general facts
I was very anxious about going to the dermatologist for the first time. I indicated that it was my first time ever seeing one, but Dr. Yi did not take any time to explain the process or ask about what led me to coming in. She was in the room for maybe 5 minutes and immediately asked me to take off my clothes. I understand that is part of the appointment, but I felt that there was zero bedside manner and it was so rushed there was no time to talk to her and build rapport. I will not be going back.
Verified patient
Very professional. Very cognizant on time.
Professional and courteous.
The office staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Yi was exceptional. She clearly explained causes and options and took time with us to put my daughter at ease. Kellyann Z.

I went for acne treatment, the dermatologist said there was nothing to be done about it since it was not severe acne. And when I insisted, she told me she will send the prescription directly to one of the local pharmacies without even showing me what she was prescribing. I wouldn't recommend her to my friends
Perfect

I felt as if she was bit a harsh and didn't make me feel comfortable, almost made me feel stupid with the way she was talking to me and answering my questions.
Great visit.
Office is a little hard to find but the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Yi was very friendly and explained all my options. I would for sure recommend this office to others.
Dr. Yi is very friendly. She was thorough in her examination and answered all my questions. She was very patient and shared lots of information that helped me arrive at the right care for me. Highly recommend her!
excellent
Verified patient
It was a longer wait than what I anticipated, more than 40 minutes. Once I was in the inner examining room, it was a few minutes before the dr came in.
Verified patient
My issues were brushed aside as if they weren't a big deal and treatment was dissuaded. Unless you simply need a prescription, you'd be better off doing your own research. Either that or find a better doctor who will try to address your concerns instead of running off to the next patient for an easy paycheck. Waste of time and copay.
Dr.Lusia Yi was a wonderful doctor. She did not jump into giving medications. She explained the situation very well and related very well to me.
Seemed very quick to just right prescriptions and get me out of there. Wanted to discuss more about other non medicated ways to help my skin, but left with a handful of scripts and even though she gave me a couple of coupons, they didn't work.
The visit was ok..... Dr yi gave me some info but I had to keep asking her questions. Didn't really look at my skin like I thought a dematoligist would I'm going to keep looking, she was pleasant but not the right fit for me.
