Lynn is a Primary Care Family Practice (PCP) provider and not a specialist. We need a Credit Card on File within 24 hours of the appointment, or else your appointment will be canceled. We have a strict no-show and cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the appointment booking time; otherwise, the patient may incur a $75 no-show/cancellation fee. Practitioner Grillo is diligent and efficient in her ability to diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions, prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.

No mask was worn by NP, NP was wearing a dress and flip flops, only checked my throat and ears, filled out physical form without checking anything and I was a new patient so there was no baseline assessment. Overall, disappointed with professionalism.
