My experience with Ms. Todd was great. She did a biopsy l.
The problem is the after care. No one reached out to me with results. 3 weeks after my appointment I decided to call and inquire. An MA told me I had an abnormal result and basically read the results but could not answer my questions. She also said Ms. Todd had left the practice and the physician over her would have to do a deeper excision due to an abnormal result. I asked how quick they could get me in since it’s already been 3 weeks and when was someone going to let me know, she said the doctor was booked through June. I told her I had to be out of the country mid July and could I travel after the procedure and she said not for 2 weeks. When I asked if it could wait until late July when I get back she reminded me the biopsy was done in May and needs to be addressed. Exactly! When was someone going to tell me?? She said she would check the doctor’s schedule and call me back. I did not get a call back that day. I called back the next business day and left a message with the appointment scheduler and have not heard back. That was a week ago. I have since moved on to a different dermatologist who has already seen me and scheduled the procedure.

It was my first time going to the Derm and I was nervous! I was out of there pretty quick - it felt like I waited in the waiting room longer than my time talking to her. There was a nurse with her and she did most of my bedside manner. She was fine.
It wasn’t a bad experience but I’m not raving about it either. I didn’t feel taken care of as much as I wanted to.

I got skin allergy infection and too much painful on my face. After three days medication of prescription reduced complete pain and swollenness and not spread overall face it’s controlled. Thanks for providing same day appointment and get it done quickest

I called to make an appointment and I was shocked that they could see me on a Saturday . I was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk . The nurse, came and got me and as soon as I was put in a room the doctor came in . Everything went wonderful without any delays My appointment was at 8:30 I was on my way home by 9am on a Saturday morning quite impressive.

Cannot say enough good things about my appointment. Was able to get in quickly, felt thoroughly listened to, had my concerns acknowledged, and a plan of action that we could both agreed on was found. Ended up needing to have a mole removed to have it sent in, and even that was a quick, painless process. Feel so blessed to have found her and have already recommended her to my best friend who struggles with a rare skin condition that, as unbelievable as it sounds, Madeline had actually heard of and treated before (which is especially impressive when you realize that she has had multiple doctors have to google her condition in the room in front of her to learn about it as they had never even heard of it!!!). My only regret is having not found Dr. Madeline Todd PA-C before now. Excited to feel like I have found *my* dermatologist and am looking forward to my skin clearing up from hormonal cystic acne and to learn how to best care for my healing, hyperpigmented skin!

The lobby was small but clean and comfortable. I arrived 10 minutes before my morning appointment and wasn't able to go back to be seen until 15 minutes after my appointment time.
The nurse and doctor were both friendly and my exam and diagnosis took about 5 minutes.
