I was having sick symptoms so I didn't want to do an office visit, just a video visit. An office technician called me to let me know that they offered an at home service where an assistant could come and assist the doctor with the video visit by having things that allowed her to see in my throat and listen to my chest. I was also able to get a steroid injection in the comfort of my own home at the visit time.

My MA Deneja was very nice! She was very receptive to my kids and dog and didn't make it feel like they were a burden, which was a concern of mine. The point of mu visit was fulfilled and I'm very happy with this service and will use it again!

the appointment itself was great, on time and great bedside manner. However, I was told to get a few tests done and then forced to make an appointment to disclose the tests as I would be "ADVISED" treatment. During the followup appointment, none of my results had come in as they were delayed. I was told I would get all results sent to me. when I called back to find out what my results were, I was told that this place no longer accepts my insurance and so in order for me to get my results I would have to make another appointment and pay out of pocket just to have my results disclosed to me. I am now going to another doctor so I can have some peace of mind regarding my symptoms which I did not receive here.

Great service! From the time we have called for request of schedule and up to the time of covid testing that we needed for travel, they are very professionals. Our MA is Bryan and he is so efficient and polite. On time and professional. What we like the most is the convenience of home service. Would recommend them to anyone.

MA Kelly was kind and quick -
My favorite combo. She did arrive late due to prior appointments, which I kind of expect and also understand. I might just book earlier next time knowing there will prob be a delay. I also booked that AM for an afternoon appointment and it was on a Sunday! So didn’t effect my rating. Waaaay better to wait at home than a doctors office!!! I’m thrilled to know ab this service. It’s cheaper than the docinbox at CVS.

Highly recommend Zeal to Heal . It is a very nice and clean facility. Dr Nangrani and everyone in the staff are very courteous and professional. They were very accommodating and able to squeeze me in last minute and took time to examine my condition and answer all my questions.

I logged in around 930am and got a quick appointment for 1145am.
They ending up coming 30 minutes earlier to accommodate me at my work location. Chris was fast but very through in his exam. The practitioner was just as friendly
And made it so easy to talk to her.
And just like that I was seen, diagnosed and my prescription called in.
This will be my go to urgent care from now on.

I really enjoyed the process of them coming to you! No long waits at hospitals or dr office everything from the comfort of your own home was really a plus. Gaby was on time , professional, and while waiting for test results she was nice to talk too about what I can do to help my symptoms and such. First time using this service but definitely won’t be the last and I’d recommend it if you don’t wanna go to hospitals wait hours or a dr office where it’s also a big wait plus around other sick ppl.
