We always ask our patients to please check with their insurance regarding deductibles. Practices will have to charge patients a fee if the deductible is not met. Also, the doctor offers tele-visits for existing patients who are in the Houston metro area and can visit us in person for follow-ups. As a primary care clinic, we do not refill pain medications and take serious care in monitoring when prescribing controlled medications to patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Machineni for over an year and she is fantastic. She is very patient, listens to the concerns and addresses them properly. She follows up on the reports that come a bit later and give the necessary recommendations. The office is very flexible and will accommodate changes reasonably. I have seen Dr Machineni for little over 2 years. She has always been caring, thoughtful and put me at complete ease. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes, even for a morning apt. A truly caring doctor with great staff who are super attentive and helping.
