Office Visit Includes: $149 Comprehensive physician evaluation, diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions if medically indicated. Labs, injections, and procedures are not included and may incur additional fees. Urgent Care Visit Includes: $225.00 Same-day physician evaluation for acute illness or injury, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Diagnostic testing, medications, imaging, or procedures are not included and may incur additional fees. If you are experiencing severe or urgent pain, please go directly to the nearest emergency room and do not book an appointment with my practice.
