Dr. Mehta was very accommodating; I was able to make an appointment with her 30 minutes before her office closed for that very night through ZocDoc.
However she assumed my sore throat was strep and I had to insist on a strep test - which turned out negative. She was originally going to prescribe antibiotics which would not have helped the viral tonsillitis.

Terrible at relaying information even as far as a simple physical! I went back and fourth between the front desk and the doctor. On top of that, they RUDELY asked me to remove my pants and if my bladder is clear ready to go ahead and give me a Pap smear!!!!! That wasn't even what I booked my appointment for online or at the front!!! They were sooooo dumb. Thank god I didn't go in there for anything serious and hopefully the TB test they gave was clean jeez!!!

I was impressed with ZocDoc. I love the reminder emails and texts, that the appointment was synced to my Calendar and that I was able to get an appointment quickly and conveniently.
The Office was clean, the Receptionist was friendly and I did not have to wait for long...evn though I was a new patient.
Great experience!
