His years of experience have obviously given him tremendous wisdom that most other practitioners lack. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. A graduate of Howard University with a Doctor of Medicine degree, he is a leading expert in ear, nose, and throat conditions as well as cancers of the head and neck. Dr. Richardson specializes in treating patients with a wide range of issues, including sinus, nasal and snoring problems, hearing loss, sleep apnea, dizziness, allergies, voice and swallowing disorders, and other diseases of the head and neck. Utilizing the latest technological advances-such as lasers, minimally invasive endoscopic surgical techniques, and balloon sinuplasty-he ensures patients receive the best possible care available today. Highly recommend. Dr. Richardson was amazing. Make sure you leave time for the wait (~30 mins) but there’s only a wait because he takes time with his patients and does not rush you in and out!

This office is poor at communicating what procedures they are doing and how they bill. I was unaware that Dr. Richardson was performing certain procedures until I was billed by my insurance later. Further, if you have any lab work done, know that it's not covered by their office so you will be getting bills for that as well. This would have been more acceptable if they had informed me that this was the case, but they do not give you a heads up at all.

I was given a diagnoses on paper that wasn’t explained to me in the appointment. Before checking out I asked the woman at the front, Joanne if he could explain why he gave me that because he didn’t explain in the appointment. She rushed me out.
She then said she was going to write my credit card number down because she couldn’t run my card and fax at the same time. I said I wasn’t comfortable and that I could wait and she proceeded to become more flustered.
Overall, I really wanted to be reassured about what was going on with my ears and while the doctor is very accomplished and ordered some tests the office experience itself wasn’t great.

He was so amazing and gave me answers to questions about my health I’ve been asking for years! He was attentive and actually took time to hear my story when I’ve been dismissed in the past. Ordered all the tests and labs I needed no question and got the prescriptions I needed. He is heaven sent and I only been once and know I’ll be taken care of!
