Dr. Krengel is extraordinary all around! I got there about 20 minutes before my appointment, as I was a first time patient. Appointment time was 4:30 and they got me into the exam room early, around 4:15. Everyone from check in and on was friendly, helpful, kind, compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Krengel answered every question, addressed every issue, reminded me of the ones I had forgotten to add to my already intimidating list, and most importantly: made me feel like a person. This was the most validating experience with a primary care provider that I have ever had. Dr. Krengel went above and beyond to make sure that I felt not only seen and heard, but truly understood. Action was taken and information given immediately on chronic ailments that I have had to pull teeth for years to try to even begin tackling with other physicians. I have never had a painless PAP until today’s visit. Completely, 100% painless. I left feeling relieved, hopeful, and EXCITED to come back!

I generally go into an appointment anticipating my questions not really getting answered, and this was very much, not the case! She is very thorough and I felt like she addressed everything that I wanted to talk about. I realize they have busy schedules, but she doesn’t make you feel like just another number! I highly recommend Dr. Krengel! After 10 years of living in WA, I feel like I FINALLY found an exceptional PCP! Very happy!

Didn’t listen to me at all. Didn’t prescribe me what I told her already works and instead prescribed medications that I specifically told her I’ve tried before and do NOT work. The worst doctor visit I have ever had. Will not be seeing her again.
