I loved the ample parking lot. Her office is on the second floor of the building and all entryways were clean & inviting. The staff was pleasant & professional. I was nervous when the doctor kept walking by the window & did not so much as say hello while the room was clearly empty. In appointment she warmed up but still never introduced herself. After some conversation & medical history questions she seemed very knowledgeable, down to Earth & relatable. I would like to keep her on as my PCP. She is worth the 40min drive.

Prior to my appointment, the office asked me if I could come in early since the doctor had another appointment and she wanted to spend time talking to me. I agreed and came in earlier. I felt completely rushed and not listened to when I was discussing the reason for my visit. I was speaking with the doctor for all of 5 minutes which wouldn’t make sense since she asked me to come in earlier to speak with me. She didn’t do any tests or suggest anything really for my issue and dismissed my thoughts and feelings on the topic. As I was leaving, I see the doctor quickly get her things and walk out of the office. I would have much rather the office ask me to reschedule than to rush me out of there and still pay my co-pay. I was able to speak with the women at the front desk longer than the doctor and they provided me more helpful advice also. Overall bad experience.
