Both times I’ve seen Urszula Bednarska, her bedside manner has been terrible. Clearly doesn’t review or even glance at your chart before coming in the room, barely makes eye contact, her overall demeanor is that she is bothered by having to speak with you and questions you while she herself is not keeping up with evidenced based research. You also cannot reach the office by phone and their response is that it’s a call center issue. I asked how do I get in touch then, because I called 20+ times that day before my appointment, and they just said to try email. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt; I work in healthcare myself and know everyone has bad days… but I should’ve believed the previous bad reviews.
