Dr. Qasim attended Brown University and received his medical school education at UMDNJ – Rutgers Medical School. He then completed a transitional internship at the University of Pennsylvania – Presbyterian Medical Center, followed by his residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center.
Dr. Qasim then completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is board-certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Qasim is a leading clinician in the field of infertility, with advanced expertise in the areas of in-vitro fertilization, superovulation therapy, and oocyte donation.
He is fluent in Arabic and Spanish, and is also a well-respected researcher having published many important articles related to human reproduction and fertility.
Several of his studies have been cited for abstract publication in both national and international peer review journals over the years (see bibliography). Dr. Qasim is also a multi-year recipient of both the prestigious Patient’s Choice and Most Compassionate Doctor Awards issued by Vitals.com.

Dr. Qasim is always in good spirit and happy and makes us feel very comfortable. We have been dealing with Dr Qasim for quite some time and he was very helpful with all our questions. The staff starting from the receptionist to the nurses were all amazing and made our experience great. We are so thankful for Dr. Qasim and his staff for making our dreams come true on the fist true.

During the course of our treatments, Dr. Qasim was enthusiastic, supportive and realistic with the outcomes of every attempt. He always puts my health as a top priority and never put me through any extra protocols if he saw very little chances of success. We had many encounters with Dr. Qasim's staff, who were always professional, kind and compassionate.

Dr. Qasim & his team made our dreams come true & more! I am now 8 weeks pregnant from a FET! Dr. Qasim is the most compassionate, caring, & encouraging doctor around! He made sure that my body was exactly at a place in which the FET would work & we only transferred 1 embryo.
