Dr. Mahesh Parameswaran aka "Doctor Para" is a dedicated and diligent ear, nose, and throat doctor serving his patients in Loudoun County, VA through two convenient practice locations for more than 10 years. Dr. Parameswaran is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is affiliated with the Inova Loudoun Hospital. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Parameswaran completed his undergraduate training at Duke University and attended Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, to complete his medical education. His general surgery and otolaryngology training was completed at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Parameswaran welcomes pediatric and adult patients that are in need of in office consultation and possible in office procedures for a variety of ENT conditions. When appropriate, Dr. Para can perform a variety of surgical procedures including septoplasty, turbinate surgery, sinus surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, PE tube placement, microlaryngeal surgery,sleep apnea surgery, surgery for a variety of head and neck masses and salivary gland surgery. In certain cases, Dr. Parameswaran utilizes cutting-edge technology to treat and assist his sinus patients, including sterotactic navigation for image guided sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty.
