Very organised hospital and staff. Doctor Hussain was very cordial and asked about my health issues for my annual check up. This is my first visit to a PCP and I’m satisfied with the way things went!

Dr. Hussain provided one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve had, particularly in terms of communication, attention to detail, and follow-through. I visited for an annual physical that required the completion of a job-related medical form. Unfortunately, several key components were either missing or incomplete — including essential blood work, basic physical assessments such as a vision test, and required physician signatures — despite the form clearly outlining these requirements. It took over a month to have the forms correctly completed and returned. During that time, I visited the office and made numerous follow-up calls, yet was repeatedly told the doctor was unavailable. The front desk staff were the only responsive and helpful individuals throughout the process. To make matters worse, the visit summary included inaccurate and unrelated information, as if it had been written about an entirely different patient. I strongly do not recommend Dr. Hussain.

Never before have I come home from a doctor's appointment with a smile and thinking it was an exceptional visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly lovely to me. It was my first visit, but I felt so comfortable with both Dr. Hussain herself, and the nurses that I interacted with (specifically Amanda!). I'm very excited to have found a practice and a doctor that seemed to go out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I look forward to coming back.

The doctor was pretty dismissive of my concerns about difficult with weight loss, candida in the body, and a previous hip injury. She was rude and rushed overall and I probably won’t book an appointment with her again. I think I will try another doctor in the same office if possible.

The office was clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Hussain was kind, professional, communicative and, to use her words “an open book”. She answered all of my questions patiently and clearly and made sure I had all ove the information I needed. I did not feel rushed at all.

I haven’t had a PCP in years, always just gone to specialist and rarely been sick. I decided it was time to get a physical and finally have a PCP and I’m so glad I did. Everyone at the office was kind, friendly and helpful. I was never made to feel bad for having not been to a doctor in a while and every step was super easy. I’ve already gotten my results back so I’m very pleased.

Dr Hussain was wonderful, and her nurses were great, but the phlebotomist who drew my blood was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. He was a tall man who didn't introduce himself when I came in and had me sit in the chair carrying my coffee, phone, book, and paperwork without offering me anywhere to put it down.
He did not walk me through any of the steps of a blood draw or warn me of what he was about to do.
When tying the rubber tie around my arm, he yanked it so tight I squealed (I like to think I have a decent pain tolerance, but this hurt!), then he jammed the needle in my arm and the two blood draw tubes with the same roughness, which jostled the needle inside my arm.
I left with a bruise all the way around my arm from the rubber tie and a painful lump from where he yanked the needle around.
I have never bruised from a blood draw or had such a miserable experience. I rarely leave reviews, but this was egregious enough to make me want to leave one.

I would not go back to this doctor. She did not give me the any chance to talk about my health problems. She rushed me and said to only mention 2 major things that are wrong and told me to make a follow up appointment for my other issues. Not a good experience
