She's sweet but she doesn't have much eye contact. It didn't bother me too much as I think it may just be part of how she is. She is very polite and attentive, clear, and provide instructions and help write them down so I appreciate that. Makes me want to be a better patient.

Dr. Yang is the BEST!!! Office staff was unimpeachable. The people I interact with are very good, however, I do not like the online experience with CloseKnit.

Dr. Yang and the CloseKnit team were warm, attentive, and welcoming. Dr. Yang was incredibly thorough. It was clear that the health and well-being, as well as the general comfort of her patients, was her priority. I am so glad I found her!

Dr. Yang was kind and competent! Overall my experience with her ensures that I'll return to the office. I have a few notes for others considering visiting Dr. Yang/feedback for the office:
- The person doing the bloodwork made me uncomfortable, she barely spoke to me except to complain about how many patients had been referred for lab work that morning, as one of those patients I felt pretty awkward. I can appreciate that she might be busy and I hope the company supports their staff as much as possible but I don't think those were appropriate comments to make to a patient.
- The walls between exam rooms are VERY thin and I could hear every detail of exams taking place in other rooms. Truly every single detail. I don't love the thought of people listening to my private conversations with my doctor and wish there was some kind of soundproofing to prevent this. If you're especially concerned about privacy, this is not the practice for you.
Overall, Dr. Yang will keep me coming back!

Dr. Yang was incredibly professional but in a friendly way, and it made me feel very comfortable. She was ready to answer all my questions, giving clear answers and never making it feel rushed.

I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail truly stood out. I also appreciated how kind and patient she was during my visit. I’m already seeing positive results and feel confident in the care plan moving forward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.

Wow, this was the best appointment I've had since my previous PCP retired. Dr. Yang was curious about me and my health, asked follow up questions, offered insight and did not rely on blanket recommendations. She tailored her guidance to my situation and actually cared about whether it was feasible for me or made sense. I see why she is highly recommended and I will be going back as she's my doctor now!
