Everything was great the only feedback was that the doctor had moved from the address shown on the appointment to a different suite in the building.
I also did not like that there was no parking validation and parking was one fifty each 20 minutes......

Very unprofessional. The receptionist made me wait 30 minutes before telling me to sign in and taking patients that came after me. She just told me to sit down when I told her I had an appointment, very rude. Waited about an hour in the room before seeing the doctor.

Doctor is knowledgeable but not sure if he is updated on the latest research since he has been out of medical school for decades now. The wait time at his office is usually long, and waiting for RX refills can take days to weeks.

Never come here if you want to leave here with some sanity. He told me within 20 minutes of meeting me that I shouldn't have kids because children shouldn't have neglectful parents; due to my depression. I've been on meds for 13 years and just wanted to have kids. As for the staff don't expect and good or mediocre customer service because you won't find it here. They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!! I even gave them a chance and went 3 times!!!!!!! Horrible!!

Dr. Sheibani was very nice and took the time to get to know my medical history as his patient. I really appreciated that he didn't seem rushed. I do think that his receptionist could improve on her customer service skills, and his office is a little outdated. The equipment and decor is very old, but that doesn't make him a bad doctor.

Dr. Sheibani is a very caring doctor who truly wants to make you feel better. He exams you and then sits you down in his office to give you his diagnosis and the prescriptions you will be receiving. Then they are automatically sent to your own pharmacy to be picked up later that day. Great doc, would recommend and will see again!
