It started off wrong but it got good, my appointment got rescheduled after I had picked my time on ZocDoc but it all got fixed. Overall the Dr was great, she explained everything very well. Now, let me get a little picky.... the receptionist was a little all over the place, she could use a little more training on how to check in patients and urgency of paper work coming in and out of the office, the office could use a little more decor so it won't feel too cold, white on white walls aren't the best idea when your eyes have been dilated..it is so painful! The tv needs cable or something so it won't be cutting in and out of signal.

Looks like she skipped her classes on ethics, for one thing, or she simply does not care about return business. She dealt roughly with my 5 year old, and when I pointed it out to her, she became rude, I actually had to urge her to stay professional (I could have just walked out, but it was a check up for school and I didn't feel like taking another day off from work and looking for another eye doctor). Another thing I did not like is that even though I filled out the forms online, supposedly to save time, and made an appointment, we still had to wait for almost half an hour and when I asked what was the matter, the receptionist announced that we have to wait till they are done with other patients and I should have "asked for details before making the appointment". May be they should start reading books on time management or something. May help.

Dr. Rahman was very thorough! I arrived early and was seen almost immediately...something I greatly appreciated. The office is a bit far for me, but I also preferred a female doctor...just a preference of mine. I would highly recommend Dr. Rahman to my friends and family.
