She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner at Chamberlain University, School of Nursing.
Mallory has worked in the Renal Med-Surge unit of UMC Health System in Lubbock, Texas, in Pediatrics as a school nurse with the Fort Worth Independent School District, and in the Cardiology Med-Surge department at Methodist Hospital in Mansfield, Texas.
Having lived in Texas all her life, Mallory relocated to Dallas after graduating from Texas Tech. Growing up, she was inspired by her school nurse to pursue a career in healthcare, and with the love and support of her family, she made it happen.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Nurses Association (ANA), and Pi Beta Phi Fraternity.

As an educated woman it can feel almost impossible to find a provider that takes seriously your concerns and questions. To not be interrupted, spoken over, or talked down-to is a luxury very few women get from their primary care provider even in 2025. Nurse Practitioner Soto is what we all hope to find in a provider:
active listener, exceptionally informed on up-to-date treatments and lab tests, able to maintain a warm bedside manner while charting, and asks “how can I help you”.
Competence, compassion, and communication. If you’re looking for a PCP with all three, NP Soto is that provider.

I’ve been seeing this doctor for 2 months and only 2 visits the only thing I don’t like is how I’m scheduled to come back in a month it should be in weeks or within 2 weeks or so but the overall view was pretty good
