My experience was highly unpleasant. At one point, I became so overwhelmed that I started crying in front of the provider, and there was no response or acknowledgment from him. He asked whether I had been experiencing vomiting, and I explained that it was more of a dry-heaving sensation. He stated that he did not understand what I meant and was unfamiliar with that terminology. He quickly suggested that I go to the emergency room, while also saying that he was not trying to dismiss me. Throughout the visit, it was extremely difficult to speak or fully answer his questions because he seemed more focused on expressing himself than listening to my concerns. At one point, I even had to ask if I could finish speaking.
