Dr. Marguerite is a native of Delaware county. She is a Georgetown Medical School graduate, and completed her residency at the Washington Hospital Center. Dr Billbrough than completed Corneal Fellowship training at Georgetown. She has been practicing in the area providing state of the art medical and surgical ophthalmic care to the community for the last ten years. Dr Billbrough is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons.
