Competent but very much in a hurry. I seemed like one of very many patients. That might explain why I am unable to get back in to see Dr. Desalvo who has no availability. It defeats the purpose of having a PCP if you can't ever get in to see them.
In short, it was an amazing visit! She was extremely nice and was very patient with me!
Dr Desalvo was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. However the wait time was quite long. I waited almost 45 minutes to be seen.
Got started early and was done before my appointed time!
Dr. Desalvo is great! Very knowledgeable with medical information but explains things in a easy to digest way and really seems to care about her patients! I feel like I got lucky after randomly picking her on zocdoc. Other positive reviews are not fake! Office seems to run pretty efficiently, and all 3 of my appointments so far have been pretty much on time.
She is knowledgeable pleasant and organized.

She is super sweet and mindful. I showed up 15 minutes early because I was a new patient and was seen immediately. I waited in the private room for Dr. Desalvo for maybe 5 minutes. Super fast and made me feel very comfortable.

This doctor put gloves on to examine problems in my testicles and lumps and sores on my penis but never touched anyting just recommended more doctors a waste of a trip and gloves I would not recommend her for any mail issues

She was so overbooked; waited in the lobby for 30+ then in the room almost the same time. My visit was all of 5 mins long
Dr. DeSalvo was friendly and address any of my health concerns in a timely manner and explain the procedure. However, her front desk staff and the MA isn’t friendly at all, looks like they just wait until 5pm to leave type of people. No smile, no short conversation just rushing me through with no friendliness.

Office is very clean, not very professional around lunch time however. Wait times were ok. Felt rushed.
The appointment seemed to be rushed and I was given Erythromycin for the dryness around my lips (Perioral Dermatitis) but it hasn’t helped in any way, in fact the ointment makes my skin red and dry.
Dr. Desalvo was very kind, and made me feel at ease. I hadn’t been to a Dr in a long time and was very anxious about it, but the whole experience was great. The office feels welcoming, and they have enough professionals that I could make other appointments with the staff there. This will be my new go to for the majority of my healthcare needs. Would recommend to anyone!

I absolutely love my new doctor! The office is very clean and cute, and the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I did have about a 40 minute wait to see Dr. Desalvo, but she was so apologetic about the wait, that I am going to assume that long waits are not usual there. Overall, I am extremely happy with the care I received today and will continue to see Dr. Desalvo!

Honestly, it was the best doctors appointment I’ve ever had. My appointment was at 330, with doing new patient paperwork and switching PCP I was in room by 3:22 and was seen by doc by 3:45. She was very flexible and welcoming. Everyone in the office was so delightful and patient. They got everything done for me in such a timely fashion. I’m so glad they’re my new PCP.
