I made my appointment thru you, zocdoc at 11am. I got to the office at 10:30 but was not seen by the doctor until12:45. People coming after me were being seen before me. When I asked the receptionist about it, they told me that it was by appointment. I told them I made my appointment for 11 thru zocdoc but they told me they had no access to zocdoc and they were unable to see my appointment time so they had me down for 1145. I always use zocdoc and never had a problem like this before.
