I love my PCP, Dr Maria is so caring and understanding, she is so patient and in touch with all my needs and issues and she's like a 2nd mom to me, always there to help, the office and receptions are very busy & at times its hard to get an appointment with her,
but they do their best and everyone is there to help you which they do, yet I can see why Dr Maria Walker's so busy and popular at Snapfinger Family Practice!
if you like tough love and someone who really cares about the people she takes care of Dr Maria Walker is IT!
She's, that go to Doc for everything , from weight loss to general health & she is such a sweetheart, personal care just for your needs and she surely knows her stuff! She got my cholesterol down in as short as a month and helped me fight off many of my bad habits.
I'm telling you, if I can help it then I'll never change my PCP because she's totally amazing!

I like the staff .. But you had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor .. The staff did not tell you how long for the wait .. They just left you in a room ... This is not good customer service .. But I love my service and I like her...

Dr. Maria Walker was good. No complaints about her as a Dr. She's filled with good information and a good listener. But she needs to work on her staff. No one knows what the other is doing and their communication needs a lot of work. I defiantly think her staff is the reason for being extremely slow. I was there for 4 hrs. just for a routine physical and I'm a new patient. I actually had one of her patient's tell me I should go somewhere else.

We are new to the area and have been seeking a professional care physician that is genuinely concerned about their patients. This was our first time visiting this establishment and I do not have any major compliments. However, I think the wait time was very much an unpleasant wait. Overall, I am pleased with our overall experience.

I was told that the day was unusually busy but I am willing to give it another try to see if the same thing happens. The doctor was extremely nice and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable talking to her is the only reason why I ma willing to give it another try. Sometimes things happen and I guess my first visit was the day for her office.
