About Tolu Arowosegbe

Born in Nigeria and raised across Nigeria, Kuwait, and Dublin, Ireland, Dr. Tolu Arowosegbe brings a diverse global perspective and deep compassion to her work in primary care. She earned both her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Herzing University in Madison, Wisconsin, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Edgewood University, also in Madison.
Before joining AllCare, Dr. Arowosegbe gained extensive experience in bedside nursing, served as Associate Director of Wellness for a continuum of care organization, and practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in multiple primary care settings. Inspired by her parents—both nurses—she learned early the value of empathy, education, and excellence in patient care. Her mother worked with traumatic brain injury patients, while her father served as a nursing school faculty dean and accreditation leader, instilling in her a lifelong commitment to helping others.
Outside of work, Dr. Arowosegbe enjoys traveling with her family. She is a proud mother of two boys—a college freshman and a high school sophomore—who keep her inspired and grounded.

I had an amazing experience, from the scheduling, keeping me updated on the appointment. When I entered the door the front desk staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. She was a very nice lady and explained the procedure very well. However, they were not able to complete the exam I booked, which was a waste of my time.
The exam that she did complete came back inconclusive because she did not take a large enough sample. I now have to get the procedure done again.

Not great. The second receptionist I met and the nurse that took my vitals were very pleasant and are the only saving grace. I booked my original appointment Friday evening. After an hour of traffic, I arrived and was told that no one was there to do my labwork until Monday. They also said a doctor was needed to refill my adderal script and there wasn’t one there that day. I rescheduled for Monday.Today, Monday, I arrived and was told there’s not a lab tech at all and I would have to go down the street. Fine. Then the nurse said there weren’t any doctors there who could fill my prescription. Annoying, but sure. Ok.Then I saw Dr Sadeghi and he was cold and I felt rushed. I had to get a chaperone for some reason for my breast exam which was weird. I thought I had to get annual Pap smears and I asked follow up questions when he said that wasn’t the case. He said “trust me, I know what I’m doing” in a dismissive tone. And Without looking at my bunions he said I need to lose weight.

I would definitely recommend! I ended up visiting with an issue that was a lot serious than I was aware of. The doctor was extremely thorough and even got me my results the next day and they were expected to take a week. Long story short I needed to be admitted to the hospital as I was in critical condition with a bleeding disorder. I can’t thank her and the staff (super sweet younger lady at the front desk/nurse) enough, they truly cared. And it showed.

This was one of the best appointments I’ve had. The staff were friendly, hilarious, informative, and patient with me. I will definitely return as this was the most comfortable I’ve felt at a medical appointment.
