I am a Family Physician, seeing patients with all sorts of general medical problems of both genders, over 10 years old of age. Because of my PASSION and SPECIAL INTEREST and having 35 years of knowledge and experiences in WELLNESS, my practice is very much focused on all aspects of wellness and Optimal Health. I LOVE to educate my patients and help them to promote their Wellbeing and health. Estimated 120 Millions people in USA are suffering of all sorts of chronic diseases such as Hypertension, Heart diseases, diabetes, Cancer, Obesity, Mental diseases and others because of unhealthy lifestyle. Practically, all of these diseases are PREVENTABLE by changing the lifestyle. My wellness plan includes Nutritional Education, recommendation for regular physical as well as mental exercises, I educate my patients how to MEDITATE which is extremely important in reducing stress which is a major factor which creates unhealthy lifestyle. Path of health is a completely different path. As my patients get into this path and become healthier, I add other aspects of wellness for them. Because, I would like to help as many people as possible, I have made an affordable price for my wellness. The initial office visit is $ 250.00. The follow up, $ 150.00 per hour for individual session and $ 100.00 per hour for a small group of 2 or 3 with similar problems.
